Overall Positioning: An integrated complete process covering reduction, harmless disposal, resource utilization and energy recovery with supporting crushing, screening and sorting equipment. Different from traditional simple landfill and incineration, it focuses on mechanical sorting, resource recycling, and comprehensive utilization through residue incineration and safe disposal.
Kitchen & Organic Waste: vegetable leaves, peels, leftover food, high moisture content and easy to decay (accounting for 45%~60%)
Combustible Waste: plastics, paper, textiles, wood and rubber (accounting for 20%~30%)
Inert Inorganic Substances: glass, ceramics, sand, gravel and soil
Metals: cans, iron tins, aluminum cans and waste hardware
Miscellaneous Impurities: sediment, glass, ceramics, bricks and stones
Features: high moisture, high viscosity, complex impurities and numerous winding materials, which are the key difficulties in crushing and screening.
Raw domestic waste → Discharge silo → Uniform feeding → Drum screening (coarse and fine classification) → Large-sized bag breaking & crushing → Comprehensive crushing → Magnetic iron removal → Air separation for light-heavy material separation → Eddy current separation for non-ferrous metals → Fine screening → Resource recycling and utilization + Power generation by incineration of combustible residues + Landfill or brick making of inorganic residues
Full Standard Name: Complete system of bag breaking, crushing, multi-stage screening, air separation, magnetic separation and comprehensive resource utilization for raw domestic waste
1. Discharging, Silo and Uniform Feeding Unit
Closed discharging hall + negative pressure deodorization + spray dust suppression
Hydraulic plate silo equipped with anti-blocking material poking device
Heavy-duty plate feeder for uniform feeding to prevent blockage and impact damage to crushing equipment
Solutions to key problems: high moisture and viscosity of waste, uneven feeding, winding and jamming failure
2. Drum Screen (First Core Screening Process)
Functions: coarse and fine classification, pre-sorting and removal of soil and fine debris
Classification: fine materials <80mm / large mixed waste >80mm
Separate sediment, soil, fine kitchen waste and tiny impurities
Anti-clogging special screen plate + cleaning spray system, suitable for high-humidity waste
3. Bag Breaker + Double-Shaft Shear Crusher (Core Crushing Unit)
Low-speed shear double-shaft crusher specially designed for domestic waste; jaw crushers and impact crushers are not adopted (unsuitable for flexible waste). Main functions:
Break plastic bags and release internal kitchen waste
Shred plastics, textiles and large sundries
Reduce particle size to facilitate subsequent screening and sorting
Features: low speed with high torque, anti-winding, wear resistance, and strong resistance to hard metal impact
4. Secondary Fine Crushing (Optional)
Further reduce the particle size of combustibles to meet feeding requirements of incinerators. Discharge size: uniform combustible materials of 80~150mm
5. Magnetic Separation System (Metal Recovery)
Drum self-discharging magnetic separator
Recover waste iron, iron cans, iron nails and ferrous metals
Recovery rate ≥ 95%, available for direct sales and economic benefits
6. Air Classification System for Light and Heavy Separation (Key Resource Recovery Process)
Separated by negative pressure air separator:
Light materials: plastics, paper, textiles, films and high-calorific combustible waste → processed into RDF refuse-derived fuel for incineration and power generation
Heavy materials: bricks, stones, glass, ceramics, soil and inorganic inert waste → for landfill, brick making or backfilling after screening
7. Eddy Current Non-Ferrous Metal Sorting
Recover high-value non-ferrous metals such as aluminum, copper and stainless steel for high added-value recycling
8. Multi-stage Vibration Fine Screening
Re-classify materials by particle size to separately collect fine soil, organic kitchen waste, combustible particles and inert aggregates
9. Final Resource Utilization Routes
Plastics / paper / textiles → baled into RDF solid alternative fuel for incineration, power generation and heat supply
Ferrous and non-ferrous metals → recycled and sold externally
Kitchen organics → biogas production by anaerobic fermentation, composting and biochemical treatment
Inert bricks, stones and soil → landfill, road foundation backfilling and recycled building materials
A small amount of residual unavailable waste → safe landfill disposal
