Decoration waste recycling is a full closed-loop circulation mode covering source classification, enclosed collection and transportation, fine sorting, crushing regeneration and product utilization. It replaces traditional open stacking, landfill and incineration, and realizes reduction, harmless treatment, resource utilization and high-value utilization. Currently, the comprehensive utilization rate of advanced domestic projects can reach 90%~95%.

Inert Hard Aggregates: concrete blocks, red bricks, ceramic tiles, stone materials, mortar and aerated blocks (accounting for 60%~75%, the main raw materials for recycling)
Recyclables: waste steel bars, metal doors and windows, electric wires, plastic pipes, glass, wood and boards
Light Impurities: foam, thermal insulation cotton, textiles, waste paper, dust and gypsum boards
A Small Amount of Hazardous Waste: waste paint buckets, glue bottles and coating residues (disposed as hazardous waste separately)
1. Source Reduction & On-site Classification
Implement classified stacking and separated container storage at construction sites; mixed loading is strictly prohibited:
Hard bricks, stones and concrete shall be stacked separately
Wood, plastics, metals and gypsum boards shall be stored in divided areas
Hazardous waste shall be collected in sealed containers and transported by professional institutions
Promote prefabricated decoration and factory-based customized production, which can reduce on-site waste by more than 60%
2. Enclosed, Standardized Collection, Transportation and Transfer
Special enclosed muck trucks are adopted to prevent material leakage and dust pollution during transportation
Temporary transfer and sorting points for decoration waste shall be set up in communities and construction sites with full closure, rainproof, anti-seepage and dust suppression measures
Large sundries, metals and wood are manually pre-sorted at transfer stations before being sent to resource recycling plants
3. Core Plant Treatment Process (Mainstream Automatic Production Line)
Standard process chain: feeding → coarse screening → manual sorting → crushing → magnetic separation → air separation → eddy current separation → fine screening → resource utilization
Bar screen + drum screen: separate soil, fine sand and large sundries
Manual sorting platform: remove large wood, plastics, glass and hazardous waste
Jaw coarse crushing + impact fine crushing: crush bricks and concrete into graded aggregates
Magnetic separator: recover waste steel bars and ferrous metals
Eddy current separator: recycle non-ferrous metals such as copper and aluminum
Box-type air separation + folded plate air separation: separate light materials such as foam, plastics and fibers
Near-infrared color sorting: accurately remove gypsum and impurities to improve the purity of recycled aggregates
Multi-stage vibrating screen: graded discharge of recycled sand and gravel with particle sizes of 0~5mm, 5~20mm and 20~40mm
Standard production line capacity: 60~120t/h for decoration waste treatment
4. Graded Resource Utilization (Destination of Each Material)
(1) Bricks, Stones & Concrete → Recycled Aggregates (Largest Utilization Volume)
Recycled sand and gravel obtained after crushing and screening, applicable for:
Recycled permeable bricks, pavement bricks, slope protection bricks and standard bricks
Recycled stabilized cement base courses for municipal roads
Recycled concrete, backfill gravel, fluid solidified soil and foam lightweight soil
Site leveling, subgrade backfilling and foundation pit backfilling
(2) Metals (Iron / Copper / Aluminum)
Directly recycled and smelted with 100% resource utilization and high economic value
(3) Wood & Boards
Complete wood → recycled lumber and pallets; crushed wood → biomass pellet fuel, incineration for power and heat supply
(4) Plastics, Foam & Textiles
Baled and compressed → recycled plastic granulation, energy utilization via incineration and power generation
(5) Gypsum Boards
Independently sorted and purified → recycled gypsum powder for gypsum products and building material fillers
(6) Soil & Fine Sand
Used for greening covering soil, engineering backfilling and raw materials for recycled bricks after purification
(7) A Small Amount of Unusable Residues & Hazardous Substances
Safe landfill and hazardous waste disposal to realize harmless treatment
5. Environmental Protection Supporting Requirements (Essential for Project Acceptance)
The production line shall be equipped with closed workshops, negative pressure dust removal, spray and fog cannon systems, bag dust collectors and wastewater circulation systems to ensure up-to-standard dust emission and no secondary pollution.
