The hydraulic large-opening impact crusher adopts unique designs including heavy-duty rotor and large-capacity crushing chamber. Combined with thick impact plates and high-wear alloy blow bars, and fitted with a hydraulic opening device, it delivers powerful crushing capacity, large crushing ratio, low operating cost and easy maintenance.
Equipped with a hydraulically opened frame, it makes equipment inspection and maintenance easier and safer, and facilitates long-term servicing.
Adopting impact crushing principle, both the feed inlet and discharge outlet are sealed to prevent dust leakage. The bearing housing is integrally cast from cast steel, and the rotor is manufactured with sectional welding technology. Full hydraulic adjustment is adopted, including hydraulic station, hydraulic tramp iron release, hydraulic discharge gap adjustment and hydraulic hood opening.
It is suitable for crushing a wide range of materials, and widely applied in mines, building materials, solid waste treatment and other working conditions requiring high crushing efficiency and equipment durability.
