The dual-shaft shredder features a twin-shaft design and single reducer drive. It reduces materials to a suitable size of ≤400 mm by mechanical shearing force. The transmission system is powered by a Siemens Better motor matched with a planetary reducer and adopts a flexible connection structure. This design effectively buffers and resists impact loads during shredding, ensuring stable operation and optimal crushing performance. Equipped with an intelligent control system, the machine monitors current fluctuations in real time and reverses automatically under overload conditions, achieving high reliability and fully automated production.
Built with an intelligent monitoring system, it continuously tracks operating current. In case of overload, the equipment reverses automatically to release pressure, preventing jamming and component damage and enabling continuous, safe and automatic operation.
The transmission section of the crushing system adopts a driving combination of Siemens Better motor and planetary reducer. A flexible coupling is used between the motor and reducer. When the cutter shafts are subjected to strong crushing impact, the flexible connection effectively absorbs shock force and improves overall crushing efficiency. Meanwhile, the control system monitors real‑time current variation. Once the current exceeds the preset overload limit, the machine reverses automatically to maintain stable operation and realize fully automated production.
It is suitable for primary and coarse crushing of medium-hard and tough materials, widely applied in the crushing and recycling pretreatment of scrap metal, waste tires, plastics, wood and bulk solid waste.
