The DMV95 tracked mobile vertical shaft impact crushing station is a new-generation high-efficiency vertical shaft impact crusher developed by our company in response to the rising market demand for high-quality manufactured sand. It is also commonly referred to as a mobile sand making station or mobile shaping station.
Equipped with a unique air self-circulation system, it greatly reduces exhaust air volume and dust emission, fully meeting current environmental protection standards.
It comes standard with a thin oil lubrication station, which thoroughly solves problems such as bearing overheating, maintains a constant temperature for the main shaft bearings, and extends maintenance intervals and service life. The crawler travel is controlled by an intelligent wireless remote control system. A single operator can remotely load and unload the unit on standard flatbed trailers to realize rapid site transfer.
It is widely used in sand and gravel yards, mixing plants, dry-mixed mortar production, construction waste crushing and other industries, supplying high-quality aggregates for highways, railways, construction projects, municipal engineering, hydropower dam construction and concrete batching plants.
