Equipped with a double-wedge discharge opening adjustment system, the gap of the discharge outlet can be adjusted quickly and conveniently. Equipped with a double-wedge discharge opening adjustment system, the machine enables convenient and rapid adjustment of the discharge gap. Even under idling conditions, the discharge opening can be adjusted to the preset value within minutes.
Supported by a hydraulic or screw rod system, the machine realizes automatic operation. It is simpler, safer and more efficient than the traditional gasket-type discharge adjustment system of ordinary jaw crushers. Meanwhile, it is fitted with an automatic timed lubrication filling system.
Adopting a design with high centrifugal force and high crushing frequency, the crusher delivers a large effective stroke at the bottom of the crushing cavity. When operating with a small discharge opening, it produces finer and higher-volume crushed materials than other jaw crushers.
