The PF Series Impact Crusher is suitable for secondary and fine crushing of various soft and medium-hard ores. It is mainly composed of the housing, rotor and impact plate. The rotor delivers greater rotational inertia with low energy consumption. Fitted with high-chrome blow bars, it features strong impact resistance and wear resistance, effectively extending the service life of wearable parts.
It is designed with a large feeding opening and high crushing cavity, and is compatible with a wide range of materials. Final products are cubic in shape without tension cracks, featuring excellent particle form and meeting the grading standards of various sand and aggregate materials.
Keyless connection with locking sleeves is adopted between the rotor and main shaft, enabling easy maintenance, cost efficiency and reliable performance.
During operation, the rotor rotates at high speed driven by the motor. Materials entering from the feed inlet collide with the blow bars on the rotor and are crushed by high-speed impact. The crushed materials rebound onto the lining plates for secondary crushing, and are finally discharged from the outlet. Adjusting the gap between the impact frame and rotor frame can change the discharge particle size and material shape.
