The LSX Series Spiral Sand Washer is a high-efficiency sand washing equipment developed and produced by Shanghai Dongmeng. During operation, sand and stones grind against each other driven by the spiral to remove surface impurities and break the water film wrapped around sand grains, completing cleaning and impurity removal under strong water flow. Based on the principle that solid particles with different sizes and specific gravities have different settling speeds in liquid, fine particles flow out with overflow water, while coarse particles sink to the tank bottom and are conveyed upward and discharged by the spiral.
It is widely used for washing, grading and decontamination in metallurgy, building materials, hydropower and other industries, suitable for fine and medium-grained material washing. It is especially applicable for construction sand and road aggregates.
