In industrial production, belt conveyors serve as the connecting link between various production equipment, ensuring the continuity and automation of production processes. In the crushing industry, our belt conveyors are widely applied to convey bulk materials and packaged goods.
A belt conveyor is mainly composed of a frame, conveyor belt, belt rollers, tensioning device, transmission device and other components. The machine frame is assembled with high-quality section steel. The height difference between the front and rear support legs forms an inclined frame structure at a certain angle. Rollers and idlers are installed on the frame to drive and support the conveyor belt. It is available in two driving modes: geared motor drive and electric drum drive.
It is suitable for conveying all kinds of soft and hard ores, such as limestone, calcite, dolomite, barite, talc, calcium carbonate, gypsum, bentonite, glass and so on.
