The YK Series Vibrating Screen is a new high-efficiency multi-layer vibrating screen. It is mainly composed of a screen box, screen cloth, vibrator, shock-absorbing spring assembly, base frame and other components. Featuring small amplitude, high frequency and large inclination angle, the equipment delivers high screening efficiency and large throughput. The motor drives the exciter through a tyre coupling. The high-speed rotation of eccentric blocks generates strong centrifugal force, driving the screen box to perform forced and continuous circular motion. Driven by this movement, materials conduct continuous tossing motion on the inclined screen surface. Materials are layered when tossed up, and fine particles pass through the sieve when falling down. This cycle repeats to complete the particle size classification process.
It is widely used for sand and stone screening in quarries, and also applicable for material classification in coal washing, mining, mineral processing, building materials, electric power, chemical and other industries.

Adopting a tire coupling for flexible connection, it runs steadily. Besides, the adoption of ring groove rivet connection ensures firm structure and long service life.
The vibration amplitude is adjustable. It features long material screening flow line, multi-layer screening, clear separation of various particle sizes and high screening efficiency.
The vibrator is equipped with large clearance bearings and adopts thin oil lubrication, which ensures low noise and long service life.
